  • Dice. Why do I have such bad dice rolls?

Dice are random. That means they are impredictable and all sorts of outcomes are possible. Given enough games and dice rolls, everything that can happen, will happen. Eventually. To someone. Frustrating dice are part of this game, and it's a part of the strategy to deal with bad dice. If you like the dice to be more predictable, use the Balanced dice option (find out more).

  • Refresh. The game is not working. What do I do?

The site gets regular updates. These updates can sometimes break things because your browser has old copies of the files that are not compatible. Refreshing your browser cache fixes the problem. If it doesn't then ask a staff member who is online for help or write a post about it in the Suggestions/Feedback forum. For detailed instructions on how to refresh your browser cache go to refreshyourcache.com.

If there is an issue with the game clock, visit the page on how to synchronize the system clock.

Alternatively you can call a staff member to your game by using the Report tab from within the game.

To report security related bugs, you can find more in our responsible disclosure.

  • Avoid players. How do I avoid a player?

You can avoid a player joining a game you created, by adding them to your avoid list. The avoid feature can be found in your view friends/avoid lists link which is located on your profile page. By adding a player on your avoid list, this prevents you from joining a game they are in, and prevents them from joining a game you created.

Note: If an avoided player joins a pending game that you are in, that you didn't create, then you will automatically be bumped from the game to avoid that player.
